For our clients’ cozy New England home in Milton, we set out to make each space as livable and inviting as possible. When we began, the young family had only a few pieces from their first apartment in the South End, so this project was about creating a fresh start that felt both comfortable and full of personality. We furnished and designed the living and dining rooms with a mix of color, texture, and warmth, layering natural fibers with painted finishes. Custom wallpaper in the dining room and custom draperies in the living room add depth and detail.

During our work together, the family grew, and we created a bright, whimsical bedroom for their older daughter to make room for the new baby. The Hygge & West wallpaper, a playful nod to Glinda the Good Witch, set the tone for a space that feels joyful and full of charm. The result is a cozy, colorful home that reflects the family’s evolving story and celebrates everyday life with style and ease.
