For our clients’ home on Squirrel Hill Road in Wayland, MA, we transformed key functional areas to better suit their busy family of five. Located in a beautiful, wooded neighborhood, this forever home needed spaces that were as practical as they were elegant. We expanded and redesigned the mudroom and laundry room to improve flow, organization, and everyday functionality. The first-floor bathroom, the home’s main bath, was also enlarged and completely reimagined. A mix of porcelain tile and marble mosaic adds texture and sophistication, while a handmade artisan sink serves as a stunning focal point.
