Located in the exclusive town of Tiburon in the Marin Hills of S.F. Bay, CA, this residence has breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay. The home masterfully blends traditional elegance with modern sophistication, including custom fabric pillows, draperies, and chairs that enhance its contemporary, regal ambiance.  Custom glass mini-subway tiles and travertine pavers were used in a tiny bathroom along with mirrored walls and a smaller sink to maximize space. The Italian countryside aesthetic continues into the kitchen with a custom mosaic backsplash inspired by Pompeii and granite countertops. Set into the mountainous landscape behind, the back of the home is brightened by a new bay window overlooking the backyard and the glass-added laundry room door accessible through the pantry, shedding extra light and creating a welcoming and bright space.
